Freeze Flow Sanitary Yard Hydrant Specs
Executive Model 213XE (X = bury depth)

Sanitary Yard hydrant shall be the Freezeflow Executive Model # 213XE ( X represents bury depth, i.e. 2134E – 4’ bury) manufactured by Hoeptner Perfected Products, Gilroy, CA

Yard hydrant shall meet the ASSE 1057 Sanitary Yard Hydrant standard and shall drain into a reservoir located below the frost line. Hydrant shall NOT require winterizing to protect from freezing.

Yard hydrant shall meet the ADA requirement of operating at less than 5 lbs of force.

Yard hydrant shall be supplied with an integral 1052 type double check backflow preventer,
heavy cast iron head with lever and pail hook. Hydrant shall be lockable. The inlet of the hydrant shall be 1” FPT and the outlet shall be ¾” hose thread. All moving parts are to be serviceable from the surface without the need to excavate the hydrant

Yard hydrant shall operate at a minimum operating pressure of 5 psi and a max. of 100 psi.
